The application saves your details before showing our WhatsApp invitation. Email updates are optional and consent is never preselected. You can leave the email list or group chat separately at any time.
The application details
We save your name, email, city/state/country and occupation to review your application and match your WhatsApp request. We also save your AI experience, the task you want help with and what you want to learn. If you provide them, we save your preferred learning format, what you hope to get from the community, phone number, what you are building, how you found us and additional notes. We record the submission time, application status, community guidelines version and whether you requested email updates. Application details are stored privately using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare and help us plan community content and understand useful member connections. Do not include sensitive client, workplace or personal information.
Program applications and implementation requests
If you apply for coaching or implementation, we save your name, email, the task you want help with and any work or tool details you choose to provide. For the four week live program, we save your investment readiness, preferred start window and time commitment. For earlier private coaching requests, we also saved your willingness to invest, when you are ready to enroll and begin, your time commitment and whether you make the decision alone or with someone else. We record your selected service, permission to reply, submission time and review status. These details are stored privately using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare so Sarah can review and respond to your request. Applying does not book a session or subscribe you to marketing emails. The form does not currently send an automatic confirmation email.
Meetup host requests
If you offer to host a meetup, we save your name, email, city and country, any meetup idea you provide, your permission to reply, submission time and review status. These details are stored privately using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare so Sarah can review and respond to host requests. This form does not subscribe you to marketing emails or confirm an event, and it does not send an automatic email.
Product interest lists
If you request recorded program or Sarah System launch updates, we privately save your email, selected product, consent text and time, and subscription status using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. This permission covers availability and enrollment updates for your selection, not the general newsletter. The form does not send an automatic email. You can unsubscribe from product updates using the same unsubscribe page, or request deletion by email.
If you want the emails
If you choose email updates, we save your email address, the consent you gave, when you signed up, which form you used and your subscription preference. The list is stored using the website's hosting infrastructure, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. It is not publicly visible.
What happens next
Your signup is for our updates about practical AI, business ideas and virtual or in person gatherings. After an application, you can continue to WhatsApp to request access. New members are approved by hand. The event email list is separate and does not grant group access. WhatsApp is a separate service and joining there is a separate step. A saved email does not confirm that you joined the group. The application and event list forms do not currently send a confirmation email. Existing guide download links remain valid until their expiry.
You're in charge
Unsubscribe here whenever you like. We keep a minimal record of that preference so another form submission does not automatically put you back on the list. To rejoin, ask a question or request access to, correction of or deletion of your signup or application information, email [email protected].
Anonymous usage counts
We count page views, application and inquiry submissions, product interest, Starter Kit signups and individual button and link views and clicks by day, page and section. We also count dropdown opens, form starts, submission attempts and error events. Control labels are predefined. Form answers, error messages and typed text are not sent to these counters. A broad source category, such as Instagram or email, helps us understand how people find us. That category may be held in your tab’s session storage. We do not store the full referral URL, campaign text, email address, visitor ID, IP address or tracking cookie in these counters. An optional review mode held in your tab’s session storage excludes editing visits. Do Not Track is respected. Counts measure events, not unique people or confirmed sales.
