Before you book or buy

These policies apply to paid products and services when offered. Pricing, what’s included, dates and any recurring billing terms are confirmed before you pay. Applying or joining an interest list does not create a payment obligation. The free AI Starter Kit and free community remain free.

Paid digital products

For paid digital products, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not opened the downloads. No refunds are available once the downloads have been opened or after the 7 day window.

Monthly memberships

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. There are no partial month refunds. You keep access through the end of the paid period.

Grok Bot setup

A 50% deposit books your setup. Your deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before kickoff. Once setup starts, there are no refunds. If something in the agreed setup is not working, I’ll fix it at no extra cost during the 14 day correction window. Your agreement confirms the kickoff date and correction window before you pay. The 90 days of support described in your setup offer still applies.

Coaching packages

Each session can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. A session missed without notice counts as used. Unused sessions expire after 90 days. Your package expiry date is confirmed before purchase.

Refunds, cancellations and changes

For a refund request, cancellation or session change, email [email protected] with the email used to book or buy and the product or service name. These policies do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

The group chat etiquette

Ask the question. Share the win. Help a baddie out. No spam, harassment or unsolicited pitches. Ask before sliding into someone's DMs.

Keep private things private

A good group chat runs on trust. Get permission before sharing someone's messages, photos or work. Keep private client, workplace and personal information out of shared prompts and screenshots.

You still make the final call

AI can be confidently wrong. Read the result before putting your name on it, and check facts and important decisions with a qualified professional. Our content is educational. Nothing in the Sarah System, the community or Grok Bot setup is individualized legal, medical or financial advice.

Do not record, screenshot or repost other members without their permission. Recording plans and any consent requirements will be shared before event registration.
